Jiang Zimen has died, age 96.

Will Hu Jintao get the same mention?

DELTA reading… one week out. Lots about methodologies.

Cold cold cold and windy… inside workout in the morning but then outdoors for the afternoon. A revisit of some workouts I did when the pandemic firat started. Second workout was skip n ballz, but shortened the number of rounds to 6 and did four rounds of skip n ballz. Was able to keep my heart rate in the ‘Extreme Zone’ between 174-194 for about 9 minutes total.

Then ran another mile.

But had to bundle up cause it was cold!

Knock on the door… is it my package? Nope… two hazmats saying you gotta jab your nose on your own for the next three days.

And blame the big bad business for all those positive test results and COVID cases!

Awesome soy sauce again… pumpking, onion, garlic, green pepper, butter, carrots, cook it all up in a pot. Voila.
